Refresh Your Heart

Refresh Your Heart is a designated time for spiritual renewal and personal prayer.  This is a dedicated time set aside to be still, to focus, and to record your reflection.  

We believe that women lead such busy lives and taking time for their own spiritual and heart refreshment is vital to living a fulfilled and purposeful life. We cannot serve out of a depleted heart!

Each Refresh Your Heart gathering begins with a time of guided teaching and reflection.  Women then enter a personal time of contemplation. Many write or create art in their journals to process.  Yet others find spiritual solace in going on a quiet, reflective walk. 

After a time of personal meditation and heartfelt expression, the group reconvenes to share the impact on them in its various forms.  This is a rich time of open sharing among trusted friends.  Everyone benefits from hearing how each life is enriched. This special time is provided for all women.
